Often tied-in with valuation advice is a necessary opinion on the condition of the building. We are skilled in the provision of structural surveys from a single dwelling right through to a substantial factory, office block or portfolio of properties. Our role can be to provide an initial report, frequently backed-up by costings, through to the preparation of a detailed and long-term asset management plan.
Both owners and occupiers of buildings need to be aware that there are more cost implications than just the initial purchase of the property and we are happy to discuss these on request as they apply to clients and prospective clients’ likely needs.
