We have considerable experience in the managing of small and large groups of leasehold residential properties that have substantial common costs. Essentially, this involves acting on behalf of the management company, which is often owned by the residents. We deal with all aspects of the management of the common areas, insurance, repairs, landscaping and cleaning etc. on a fully delegated basis, so that complexes are kept in a proper order and their financial affairs are correctly undertaken.

We have developments of only five units up to one of the largest privately owned complexes in the North of England with over 220 individual units. Our IT systems are developed to a sophisticated level to deal with these and this, combined with a good working knowledge of all the latest legislation and the requirements on leaseholders, ensures a first class service to our clients.

Residents can quite properly be very demanding in respect of the maintenance, upkeep and security of their properties, and we always engage in extensive consultation often involving meetings, newsletters, surveys and questionnaires.

We are Members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Money Guarantee Schemes and our property management is regulated and monitored by the RICS as part of their compensation scheme process. This is the most comprehensive arrangement of any professional body holding clients’ money and gives management companies and individual owners a great deal of security.
